    I went to Sushi Izu at 3:50 pm with my son and ordered a hand roll. The man at the counter said they were closed and we had to choose from the fridge.
    The 30 seconds later, a ladie (obviously a regular) walked up and orderd. He proceeded to get the cutting board out and make the sushi for her.
