  Pleased to find friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff at Springfield Petbarn. Chris was great. My only concern is the cost of the products. I realise you pay for quality but find it hard to justify paying more for a packet of 500gm of dog food than I would for a good steak at a restaurant.?

  I have been served today by an amazing staff member Jill who showed high level of communication skills, taking care of every customer needs and displaying outstanding level of customer service treating everyone in a special way. This experience definitely made this store my favourite and made me inclined to shop there only! Great selection of pet products and brands, friendly staff members and great discounts for members! Quick check-out and ample parking at the front of the store.

  Indoor dog wash available in store, entry right next to the entrance so you don't have to walk your dog too far

  Staff at Springfield are very helpful and friendly. Great service. I will definitely be going there for my pet items. Great value.
