    Brendon is without doubt the best person I have ever dealt with at BWS. I had recently bought a bottle of Henkell sparkling wine and was trying to find out who still had it on sale. Although he only had 1 bottle at his store he went out of his way to find out which stores still had some and he arranged for me to pick up 13 bottles at another store. Thanks Brendon you provide great service which we expect but rarely get. Cheers Pauline

    One staff member always seems like he's having a bad day. Everyone else is completely lovely and very helpful. I don't mind the guy who's always a bit grumpy :)
