I rely on them to keep me organised with my important medicines regime and they do so with a smile. Prices are reasonable too and as a bonus they have a customer club which you can accrue loyalty points and further discounts. I won't go anywhere else unless I have to.

An absolutely battle-axe, huffs and puffs and slams things around, is the single rudest human, but if you treat her with the same attitude in response - look out, you’re the rude one. She should be working with animals as she doesn’t possess a shred of people skills… then again, would seem unfair for the animals too.
