  Went in to look at wedding bands, was looked at and completely ignored. Not one of the two girls said a word. Clearly don’t want a sale.

  I went into the store the other day looking to buy a present for my mums birthday. I met a lovely lady who was happy and helpful from start to finish. she helped me find the perfect present during the process she asked my name and introduced herself to me as the new assistant store manager- Chloe. She said anytime I needed help picking something out she was always happy to help and invited me back to get some jewellery repaired as well. I will definitely be going back

  Fantastic service from Tash and Chloe as always! Always go above and beyond for the customers and give a personal touch to each sale with friendly conversation and a kind smile. They make you feel like you've known them forever and it keeps you coming back as a loyal customer. The girls always take care of me for any special occasion, especially during the Xmas rush. Very hard working girls who are dedicated to the store and their customers.
