  Ordered a custom printed edible icing sheet topper through Chelsea. It was by far the most easy and stress free process with prompt responses from Chelsea. The topper turned out great and was ready 24 hours after ordering. I will definitely be getting my toppers from here from now on.

  One of the worst shop with rude staff . Chelse the female staff not at all helpful. When advised we like a cake now with options she was only after custom cake . Not a good listener to what customer wants .
  
  Finally she says you can go to coles if you need anything simple.
  
  When told she has worst customer service, she answers back .
  
  Utterly pathetic. There are other cake shops in Orion, never will step here again.
  
  Have to give one star as cannot go lesser than that .

  Highly recommend cheesecake shop Springfield, I have a cheesecake shop closer to my house but I always go to the Springfield one for my custom cake orders. They have never let me down over the years and always do an excellent job. Just recently I came to them for a last minute custom cake and they were super accommodating and helpful and went above and beyond for my ridiculous request especially so last minute. They’re honest, reasonably priced and just have great customer service, massive shout out to Deb! Thank you so much everyone at cheesecake shop Springfield, for making my son’s birthday party extra special and everyone was impressed with the beautiful cake!

  Asked if a certain cake had peanuts and the teenager at the counter said no. I got home and there were peanuts. I went back to the store and the lady working said “my daughter wouldn’t have said that”. This lady instantly dismissed without understating the story. Her daughter came out after she had 5 min conversation behind closed doors, completely lied and said she did not say that.
  Conflict of interest with a family member working in the store lying to costumers. It was evident she was protecting her daughter instead of understanding the situation. Did not acknowledged they made a mistake but instead blamed me that I shouldn’t be purchasing a cake if there was somewhat any sign of a peanut allergy. I have never been belittled as a paying costumer as this lady spoke to me with that tone of voice. I’m sure her reply to this comment will try and justify her behaviour however, if you look through previous reviews. This has not been the first incident where shop staff have spoken rudely to paying costumers.
  
  The only good thing that came from this was that they refunded my money even with their no refund policy.
  
  Do not buy your cake here.
