  Abysmal on all fronts. Feedback by others mentions how the reception staff (Office Manager 'Melissa' is the worst culprit) either ignore you so can finish their personal conversation or are so off-handed that they make you feel like you are interrupting them by approaching the desk or calling - that is if you can ever get through. I have sat on hold for upwards of 15 minutes every time I have called and have eventually hung up. Keep receiving letters saying I need to phone at Dr's request re: non urgent test results, however can never get through to find out what they are! Keep getting letter after letter saying how the practice has tried to contact me... bizarre! And the Doctors... again, abysmal! One called an ambulance to come to my home in response to a message I had left with reception asking for a call back - the oddest thing ever! Also, when booked my baby son in for vaccinations, the appointments three times got stuffed up by 'Melissa' who booked one appointment on a day a nurse was not in ( I arrived for appointment only to be sent home), then it got rebooked and same thing happened again. Third time at least I got a phone call 15 mins prior to designated appointment time to tell me nurse had gone home. Ended up going to another medical clinic with my son as their stuff ups meant he was 3 weeks overdue for vaccinations.
