- D Junior Added May 15, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Branch Manager Roland ( I think) denied to open an account for my retired father because he deemed that he will not use this account excessively! How come bank and branch manager decide what we do with our money since we are paying $5.00 account fees per month if we don't do over 2k transaction ?
I went to Westpac and they opened the account with no issue.

I have dealt with this manager several times and each and every time he is just horrible. I have witnessed him also do this with elderly customers who are just needing some assistance. The branch needs to take action and not allow its customers to be treated or spoken to the way this manager interacts with the customers.
